I don't have the Q10 but my wife does and she hasn't reset or pulled the battery in at least a month. Been rocking my z30 for almost a month and I've had no issues.

No need to do battery pulls on any BlackBerry 10 devices. If you do feel the need to reset it, press and hold the power button and choose restart from the next screen or you can do a hard reset by pressing and holding down the volume up + volume down keys simultaneously until the device resets.

Only time I pull my battery is to swap my sim card out my Q10 and switch to my Z10. I used to pull my battery for a reset on OS7 all the damn time, not needed with BB10.

Technically - I should not have called that a hard reset. Both are soft resets.

No. Don't think you need to do that unless you get problems that a restart won't fix.

    Yes,

If you are heavy texting user and you are using different language than English, especially with diacritics you will be suffering from heavy lags...

This bug is reported since 10.1 MR but still not fix...

I haven't had to do a battery pull to the rest the phone yet. Once in a while a reset will freshen things up but definitely is not needed like with older models.
