An autoloader will wipe the device and load the new OS. You then need to reload all your emails, contacts, app and stuff. This is best when going from a big OS jump from like 10.2.xxx to 10.3.xxx because there can be setting issues with the differences.

Sachesi can load a Blitz package of the new OS and is a nondestructive loading of the OS. This leaves all your settings, apps, emails, contacts and stuff in place on your phone. It's nice for when you are going from one OS such as 10.3.1051 to another OS on the same leval such as 10.3.1.1154.
