    Hi Guys!

    I have a Z10 which is on version 273 and just bought a Q10 on 238. The blackberry link does not allow me to switch devices due to it being from a newer version to an older version of software. Anyone has come across this and has a solution around it? I cant use my new Q10 if I cant transfer my data over. Thanks in advance!

    PS: My Z10 was upgraded to 273 when I was in Thailand through their carrier while roaming. Now I am back in Malaysia which our local carrier still does not have the 273 software update.

    Here is a thread in which 273 can be found for two variants of the Q10 (SQN100-1 and SQN100-3).
