    Fellow Crackberry lovers,

Recently, I've been trying to retrieve videos/pictures from my Q10 while connected to my computer via USB. Mass storage is enabled, however I can only see 25% of ALL media files on the device. Once I unplug the device it will search/scan the media card and everything is then displayed on the device as it should be.
Tried restarting device and computer to no avail. Anyone had this happen before or can point me in the right direction to getting this resolved...thanks in advance.

Let me know if you need any OS information etc etc...

Hi, although I can't answer your question, as a rule of thumb, you should always include your device model and OS in your questions. This helps us to better serve you and get you an answer. Please add that if you could, ok? Thanks!

Try disabling Mass Storage Mode and looking again.

Isn't USB Mass Storage mode only capable of displaying the SD Card? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that is my impression. If correct though, the files you're most likely looking for are on the internal phone storage that can't be accessed through USB Mass Storage mode.
