    hello! using Q10 since last week, first 3 days sim works fine, then i received msg "the device is network locked contact your service provider"(at that movement use for emergency only) I restart phone and problem solved (temporary)...

    today I am facing 3 times same issue (after restart Q10 prob solve for a temporary)
    I call to service provider and they said go to their any shop to change sim card its free.

    but the sim card is good, never face this problem in HTC M8 (used 10 months), since i got Q10 (a week before) try to put nano sim (without any adapter/ micro frame) into Q10 and worked.

    hi, thanks for your reply.
    Q 10 originally purchased from Hong Kong local store, on the box there is a sticker"TAM authorized blackberry smartphone distributor 2 years warranty"(not in HK), on another side mention is "MADE in Mexico for RIM Canada" blackberry q 10 sqn100-3 Regional Indonesia"

    when i receive network error my phone time automatically change to "Jakarta" : D

    This phone is unlocked and i imported from Indonesia.

    Turn off phone. Take out battery. Remove SIM card. Carefully clean the gold contacts on the SIM with a clean piece of cloth. No cleaners or liquids! Be careful not to touch the gold contacts with your fingers and reinstall SIM and battery. Power it back up.

    HI,thank you for your help & useful tip, according to the your instruction last 14 hours never get that error again.
    Blackberry is my first phone, before whenever I use bedside mode my SIM turned off, but this morning I have checked SIM doesn't off while in bedside mode. .

    Will recommend you to replace the SIM card if I get the error again?

    I've never know bedside mode to turn the sim off it justs silents notifications so u can sleep
