    My Q10 recently updated itself to 10.3.2.2813. Since the update, incoming SMS messages are no longer displayed and vocalized by the Ford SYNC system in my car. If I try to access messages from the car, SYNC tells me "Device does not supprt Bluetooth messaging".

    Before the update, I had no problem with SMS in the car.

    Is there something I need to do to fix this, or am I stuck with the problem forever?

    I have a Passport, but the OS should work the same. Under BLUETOOTH, CONFIGURE (the small icon at the bottom of the screen), scroll down to rSAP and enable (Ford may or may not support rSAP).; scroll down to MAP and select it. Ensure SMS is enabled.

    You can also try deleting the saved Bluetooth profile on your Q10 for the Ford and then re-detecting/pairing it.
