I used to be able to do the following with my 9800 but can't seem to find a way to do them with the Q10. Any ideas how I can go about doing it?

1. View sent text messages folder (so that I can delete them all at once).
2. Quickly go through my text messages and deleting those I don't want with the backspace button.

I'm sorry it took so long to get an answer in this thread, it must have slipped through the cracks somehow!

Anyway, unfortunately I don't believe their is currently a way to see only sent txt's on BB10.

As for a quicker method for deleting them.. from the txt message list, if you long press on a message you'll see an option for 'select more' if you click that you can then go through the list and quickly click all the messages you'd like to delete and then click the trash can icon.

The only other option would be to long press the date bar and do a delete all prior, but with that method you couldn't selectively save any messages.

You can show only received messages, but AFAIK not only sent.

Thanks for the reply. This method will only work if I'm selecting multiple messages from different chats to delete. If I have a particular chat which has several messages I wish to delete in a faster manner, it doesn't seem feasible.
