Please how do I delete my whole contacts from my phone? I ve so many duplicates, so wanna delete them all and start over again. Tanx in adv

If they're Local Contacts, go to Settings > Accounts. Tap the overflow menu (3 vertical dots at bottom right). Then tap "Clear Local Contacts". They'll be deleted.

If they are contacts synced from an email account, Go to Settings > Accounts, and select the email account. Toggle off "Sync Contacts" and restart your device.

I wonder if he is having the problem because of how his Face Book account is set up.

I had this problem because FB would not sync correctly.

Go to settings/notification on both the phone and FB and set sync contacts off.

Rebooth phone if it still happens load BB10.3.2072 it will correct the sync problem.
