Does anyone have a problem with notifications still appearing on the lock screen after deletion? The hub is clear, just the lock screen preview is still there.

I'm having this problem, specifically with notifications from theScore app. I've deleted the app, restarted and the notifications still show up.

Q10, running 10.2.1.537 OTA release.

I can't be of any help but hopefully someone can advise you. I would recommend however that you post what phone you're using and what current OS you are on. For example 10.1, 10.2, 10.2.1.xxxx so someone can help you out!

Got this reply from the app developer:

"Dave from TheScore. Thanks for contacting us regarding this issue.

We are continuing to work directly with BlackBerry to find a solution for the ongoing "spark" bug. We apologize for the inconvenience, once we have this figured out we will be addressing it in an update.

Cheers and thank you for your patience in this matter"

So...guess it'll be an issue till an update.

I am having an issue on my z10 with latest legit os, where I cannot delete a notification...rebooting has done nothing, neither has deleting the app
