    I have a Q10 which had CBC News installed on it. Yesterday it stopped updating the app.
    I deleted it on the phone and rebooted the phone. Then I went to BlackBerry world to reinstall the phone. However BlackBerry world gave me the option to open it which didn't work. When I went to uninstall CBC News it couldn't find it. What can I do to reinstall the application?

    In BlackBerry world pull down from top
    Settings
    General
    Refresh BlackBerry World

    This will close the app

    See if that works for you

    The app seems to have stopped updating since 16 November. The recent reviews of the app suggest this, plus there's another thread on the forums about it.

    I just downloaded the app from Snap. It works. Hopefully they will still fix the BB10 app.

    Just talked to someone at CBC 866 306 4636 they have just dropped support for the BlackBerry 10 app! Call and complain!! Meanwhile they still support the Droid app Grrr!

    Works fine for me and it's up to date. I use this app multiple times a day almost everyday.
