    Hey guys,

This morning I woke up to find that my J, K and F keys are all dead.
Has this been an issue for others to randomly have keys die?

Nothing happened to the phone. No water damage, no dropping etc.

    Very strange..

A reboot hasn't fixed that? Time to call your carrier.

Reboot didn't fix it and pulling the battery didn't fix it.
I'm going to the Tmob store this weekend. The local one is pretty bad so I'm prepared for some pushback.

They told me when I bought the phone that I had to have JUMP! In order to be able to replace the phone if it was damaged or stopped working which is BS. I'm paying the carrier for the phone and I know Blackberry has a warranty on their products.

Erhm... just got off the phone with tmobile. They will replace the phone. Decided to pull my sd card out and transfer some stuff over to my computer (card reader faster than cable) and when I rebooted the phone again all my keys are working again. Wtf.

Now I don't know if I should cancel the ticket or still go through with the swap thinking that they might stop working again in the future. Any suggestions?

"Rebooted" you mean wiping it back to its default settings or pulling out the battery ? I did the battery pulling but nothing happened.

This is what I did so far.

    1. Reboot - no tango
    2. Battery pull - no tango
    3. Battery pull, remove sd card, boot back up - tango

Makes no sense. I will replace it regardless since I am afraid it will happen again sometime in the future.
