    With my Q10, after I've selected a custom notification for BBM and email in my contacts, I press the save button and get out of my contacts, but the notifications don't save. Once I go back into my contacts to review, those contacts have reverted back to the default notification sound. Any idea why this is happening? If I go into settings and then notifications, I can change the sounds there and they will accept for everyone, but not for custom notifications.

    Not yet. And it's frustrating as I keep trying to customize notifications and after I save they defer to default. I've noticed other notifications are also affected as I do not receive NHL or NFL scores through their official apps.

    What OS build are you on, I would assume that is the issue because it works fine for me on Z10 on OS 10.1.0.2342
