Every time I customize contacts and add different tone for the ring and text after about 12 hours they disappear, meaning the customization is no longer there like the get deleted by them self. I have a Q10 and I'm on the latest update from T-Mobile. It used to do the same thing when I had the latest leak installed. Prior to that I never customized contacts. Am I the only one experiencing this?

The only time I experienced this was when I had one of the "please confirm your password" glitches. Other than that, my handful of customized contacts stay customized.

Thanks. I just saw a post regarding the Power Tools App I'll download that and see if once i customize a contact within the app would stay customized.

Except if you are in silent and want your custom contact to ring no matter what, that cant be done like the amazing sound profiles of bb7

So I figured a way to customize contacts with ringtons and I has stayed customized for about two days now.
-Copy all the tones you're going to use for your contacts to
-chose the device instead of your memory card
-then select the folder that says "misc"
    -then select the "android" folder
-then select the "notification" folder and paste your ringtones there

So now go to settings, notification, contacts and select the contact you want to customize. From there go to the folder where you paste the ringtones.

Im like this workaround, so you are saying if I am in Silent mode the notification will still ring?

This method didn't work either. After day 2 the contacts disappeared
