    Oh no! Did you have it set as an alarm and smack it in your sleep to put it on snooze? I did that years and sent my phone flying. Might have been an iPhone Ninja that broke in and smashed it and left? Okay, seriously, sorry to hear about your phone. That just stinks.

    It is still working but the crack is causing the glass to slightly loosen. The more I use it the worse it getsCracked screen on my Q10-imageuploadedbytapatalk1374506116.407344.jpg

    A screen protector won't protect against cracks, especially not like this one. Just a guess, but I think there might be a material fault with the glass in this case. It is a flat, almost perfectly lined crack without not real visible point of an impact. Have you thought of trying to return the phone?
