Folks. You know that Windows / Mac copy and paste Keyboard Shortcut? (it's often cntrl c to copy, cntrl v to paste)

Is there a similar shortcut for the q10?

Trying to paste items into text using the screen shortcut is extremely fiddly. In fact, once or twice, I've given up trying to paste an item into a body of text on the q10 and used my wife's Galaxy Note 2. (which, in many ways, defeats the purpose of having a BlackBerry).

If there isn't a copy and paste keyboard shortcut do yous think there's any chance the nice folk at BlackBerry could cook us up one?

You know, I haven't even thought about this since I got my Q10. I did a quick search just now but I couldn't find one.

There isn't any shortcut for that.
The only thing, and this is actually very handy, is that you can press "U" in the browser to jump to the URL and copy it.

Thanks for the replies folks, and the tip.
Shame there's no copy and paste shortcut, that would really come in handy.

I have to say, I like the q10 very much but, my god, editing text can be a fiddle.

I was resistant to get the Q10 when it first came out because of the lack of the track pad, making cut & paste and precise editing more difficult. However, after a couple of days I found myself tying and editing with ease and sometimes more efficient than my Bold 9930.

Try this - tap in front of what you need to copy, then at the bottom of the keyboard hold the UP arrow until the bubble shows up on the screen, once the bubble is on the screen you can use your other hand slide it as you please to select the portion you want to copy.

Major oversight. Text selection which is hard to get right is actually pretty decent, yet they couldn't think of coming up with a shortcut for X/C/V? Really annoying.
