    When I sometimes just barley bump my phone or set it on the table the wrong way the phone restarts. The most annoying part is that after it turns back on all of my contacts become unlinked. Can I fix this and it's a q10.

    It's a problem that bb10 has had since 10.0. Hopefully will be fixed in 10.2.1 but they said it would be fixed in 10.2...
