I need to know if Contact Activity for a Contact's emails, texts, and BBM will show in a Contact from the beginning to forever, or is there a limit/cutoff as to the amount of data or length of time that this info will be shown in a Contact, in 10.2? Thanks for your response!

I'm running 10.2.0.1725. As best as I can tell, it appears to pull forever with some sort of overall volume limit and some information will come up more quickly depending on the volume.

For example, went to a contact I don't email with a lot and the first "refresh" brought up emails from 2008. Went to another contact I talk to regularly and it populated just the phone log at first and then filtered in some emails from the past 3-4 months (nothing prior) - about 25 total entries.

Sorry I don't have a more definitive answer for you but it's not a feature I really use.

Thanks for the info you provided! Does anyone else have any personal experience/knowledge with this? I'm prepping for the official 10.2 release in October.
