i just got the charging bundle for my Q10 and it wont charge both phone and the spare battery at the same time it shows a red ! mark on my phones screen when i plug it in, also how do you know when the battery in the bundle is full

There is a little light. Its yellow, green or red. Im thinking the battery in the charger is dead. That's why it won't charge your phone.

Recharge the bundle until the light is solid green.
