    I bought a used Q10. When I try to download any app or game, it insists that I log in as the "original" user. I don't know that person or their password. How can I get the device to recognize me as the user?

    Security wipe the phone, reload the OS and set up a new (or existing) BlackBerry ID.
    Should be good to go after that.

    You bought used phone and didn't check if its ok ?
    If BB Protect is enabled then is not possible to do nothing .
