    When I'm in the hub, if I swipe from a message to the 'mark as read' icon in the sidebar that appears when I hold, I used to be able to release to perform that action. Now I have to wait on the sidebar for the 'mark as read' and swipe back across that before it'll perform that action. If I just release, the sidebar now stays there until I tap the icon again.

    Anyone else experience this, or have any ideas?

    I dont have a q10 but that is not happening like that on my z10. It performs just like you first illustrated. I assume you just updated to 10.2 official?

    If I do it really fast, releasing before the pop-up appears then it works, but otherwise I have to slide left a little.
