Had to upgrade to new laptop (Windows 10) and Blackberry Link for my BBQ10. I am able to connect Q10 to laptop and run a back up but can't sync calendar. The error is that the MAPI logon failed. I verified the Outlook 2007 has the correct profile (matches the one I see in BBLink). Calendar sync is very important for me running my business. Don't know how to fix the problem. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Enabling SMB v1 file sharing support should fix the issue. BUT, this is also a security hazard, so disabling it once you're done with it is highly recommended.

Additional info- I am getting a message Blackberry Desktop Redirector could not start. Choose a profile. The drop down box does not have my Outlook profile. Any ideas?
