    When I attach a pic and try to send it in a txt it fails and I get "general problems" in red at the bttom of the message.

    Can't send picture messages-img_00000002.png

    Anyone else have this problem on 10.2.1.1055??

    Yup. Almost all of us on Verizon who did a security wipe after install.
    No fix except to reload your OS again. Multiple threads about this around as well.

    That sounds like your carrier hasn't pushed out the required settings for mms and wap.
