Hello

I bought a blackberry Q10 SQN-3 and can't save APN setting on my Kazakhstan's prime operator kcell. Blackberry SQN-1 and SQN-2 have no problem with this.
I guess this phone is from Turkey. Got latest 10.2 official firmware.
What I tried so far:
Tried latest firmware leaks, no luck
Entered escreen found radio tab but even in there I couldn't save the apn, it's just simply clears when I tap out.

Does anyone know any firmware where I can force to save my apn?
Any other options?
I don't need special blackberry services, just ordinary internet from mobile operator.

If your device is locked, then you will not be allowed to edit the APN settings. Some carriers allow APN settings to be edited, and others do not. The device is locked to your SIM card. You will need to call KCell and ask to be escalated to BlackBerry Support.

Hi I just had this same issue with my unlocked z10 where the APN refused to save on escreen Diagnostics page after upgrading to official 10.2.0.1791. Another CB forum member advised I do a full secure wipe of my z10 and then try saving new APN entry - it worked! I was advised NOT to restore any BlackBerry Link backups back on the phone. Obviously I will recommend you make a backup just in case you wanted to restore back to an earlier state.
