    Okay so I backed up my phone to the computer and the file is saved, then I started formatting my phone, but during the format something wrong happened and a system error occurred and everything was deleted. After the format, the computer recognized it as a total new device, and when I try to restore the backup file to the phone, an error happens and says 'make sure your device is turned on and connected to the internet', even though it already is :S

    Can anyone help me please? Everything is in that file I tried many ways and nothing worked :/

    Can you explain what you mean "formatting your phone"? Were you doing a security wipe? Running an installer?

    Did you set up your BlackBerry ID on the "new" device? I suspect that's the issue.

    yes i mean security wipe x_x sorry for not clearing that one up. and yeah I did set up the blackberry ID and did everything

    Make a clean install of latest os and then try to restore

    Search in CB 10.2.1.2xxxxx(I dont remember the last numbers) leak .
    And another way is how to use sachesi for getting the last os or something like that (sorry for poor info right now I am not in my house)
