Hi guys,

I'm trying to restore my backup file on BB link, even tried Sachesi but with no luck.

Backed-up before downgrading from 10.2 to 10.1, am using the latest BB Link version.

Now trying to restore, changed version of bbb file but still no luck. So I upgraded back to 10.2 and i'm still unable to restore my stuff.

Any help would be appreciated! thanks

What kind of error message are you getting. I know from 10.2 to 10.1 your backups won't work. But if you went back to 10.2 i don't see why it wouldn't . Have you rebooted your PC and restarted your phone?

yes i did. im getting the standard restore did not complete please ensure that your device is connected and turn on blah blah nonsense

Does it see the phone? I just did this with mine the other day and had Verizon help me thru it.

I had to reset both the computer And phone before with link to get a Proper restore done, was advised such after an OS upgrade so would assume much the same for a downgrade!
