    For some reason, I get an error message when trying to open attachements on my new Q10. Any ideas?

    I get a widow that opens that says "Important Message" The below it says "There was an error opening the document" with an "OK" button. I have also got an small box open that says "Attachement could not be downloaded". Sometimes it simply stalls out. Sometimes they open with no problem (these have all been PDF files)
