running .2576 on my Q10 Verizon
Have restored. Same issue.
Error reads :Phone calls using the mobile network are blocked by your administrator. For more info, contact your administrator.

Anyone seen this before? I can't seem to find anything on it.

Same here - phone just rebooted.

I've had similar issues with three different builds. Never "identical" but same result, LOL
1. No HUB or CALLS
The 2nd issue with the second build was no Calls.
The 3rd issue with the third build worked awesome for 2 days and then out of nowhere i couldn't make calls nor text (no data service actions could be done) and kept getting the error message " You are not allowed to make calls on this data line because you are blocked by your administrator." ROFL
The fact that I can always downgrade keeps me from being scared, but at the same time it's kind of funny because the BB gods seem to not want me on any 10.3 action. But now that I have tasted 10.3 I can't let it go. Even if it means i can no longer make phone calls. ROFLMAO
