hi there , i purchased an unlocked/international Q10 from united states ..

i am trying to activate the latest 10.2.1 software update but its not possible even if its available from my provider ( Movistar , Spain ) ... Any thoughts ?

Just load it with Sachesi.

My device has 0S10.1.0211 and i cant get any other ..

Are you getting any error messages or anything?

Have you tried an autoloader instead? I find these to be more easy to use.

It took me multiple attempts to get 10.2.1.2102 to load on my device but finally got it to load. It was worth the time.

No, your going to have to load it through your computer using the autoloader or Sachesi. Sachesi is the easiest way to go.i wouldn't rely on your carrier for an up date.

i have also contacted bb help ... they claim that my provider has not released 10.2.1 which is false
