Anyone else have this problem? Any fix? I have not updated any new OS recently as Verizon has not pushed it out, so it's not that.

Check your APN settings and call your carrier

Have not been able to use MMS for 5 years now... carrier say it works, but it don't.. not only on BlackBerry device...

It 'can' be OS issues with your carriers settings, or it can be carrier issue only

Use BBM instead if u can

Tried calling Telus and the rep tried having me go to settings to reset APN or whatever. Problem is my settings are different as I have a Verizon unlocked Q10. So there was no option for me to enter any of the information he gave me! Now he says I should reload the software through BlackBerry Link.

What does your apn even say? It should say sp.telus.com
BUT that doesn't dictate your MMS. That only controls your data plan. If you have a carrier sim card in, it would be greyed out, like mine is. If it doesn't show sp.telus.com, your device may not be fully unlocked
You need to go to Hub --> 3dot on bottom right --> settings --> text messaging --> edit the mmsc url and proxy url
    mmsc url: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc
    proxy url: 74.49.0.18:80
    Everything else: blank

Verizon Q10 has Telus bands? I'm just curious, are you getting LTE?

If I recall, CDMA phones typically has two modes, one for roaming with a GSM sim card and one for CDMA at home. (remember the BlackBerry Storm)

So you gotta make sure the APN settings for the GSM part is good.

    Hi,
I had the same problem for about a year on my Q10, I checked every thing (APN...) and I changed my plan about 2 months ago and it just suddenly worked!

    Yep, I get LTE.

The issue is that I could not find the proper path to get to the settings. This is a Verizon phone and I don't know where to even view the APN settings.

However, all seems to be good now after restoring the phone to factory settings.
