    I just got my white q10. I put all my credit card information in with no problem. I went to buy a song and it said "this purchase could not be completed. Please select a different payment method". I honestly have no clue why it's saying that. There's nothing wrong with the information I put in. Is there something else I have to do? Thank u

    • Reboot your device, try again.
    • Check your payment info, make sure it's correct.
    • Try and buy it online through the web storefront.

    Sometimes there's just an error in the system and it'll work itself out in a few mins.

    I've rebooted my device multiple times. I put my info in a few times again but it won't let me buy an item for whatever reason
