    So, someone I know got a Q10 as well, on the same carrier as me but he cannot enter APN address for mobile internet. The text field is simply greyed out/inactive.

    I know when I first got my Q, I could not get data to work on cellular network as well but I cannot remember how I dealt with it.

    The APN is auto downloaded from the SIM data. Try restarting the phone. If that doesn't work, hold down the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons until you see the BlackBerry boot screen (loading circle). You should also see your carrier's splash screen

    If I remember, don't you have to access the escreen to change the APN?
