    I deleted my email account before I removed it from my phone. Now every time I try to delete the account from my phone it asks me to sign into my email; which already has been deleted. Is there a way around this issue?

    Is that email account your BBID? If so THAT is probably the problem. You might have to wipe the device to get rid of it.
