Hi there,
I have a Q10 running the latest leak 10.3.1.1016, the phone is working fine but cannot connect to Blackberry link it says
when I plug in my Q10 on a usb I get a pop up on the phone giving me a choice between Install Drivers or Access SD Card or Charge only or Ignore.
I choose install drivers and it did install BB Blend and BB Desktop and still not able to connect to my bb link, if I do ignore it still won't.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling bb link, tried both versions 1.2.3.48 and 1.2.3.56 and still no luck, I always get the message : "Cannot Communicate with Device" try reconnecting your device to your computer. If the device does not respond, click Reload.
and I have 2 choices Reconnect or Reload.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Yes, It is on and it was working before, it's since I installed those drivers that I lost somehow the connection to BB link.

the only suggestion then is to totally uninstall any form of the BlackBerry stuff (drivers) and all the programs and start fresh

Im not sure we can pin point the issue
