Yes, install the drivers or if you are not able to locate them install BB Link.

Open up your computer's Task Manager and kill all the BlackBerry apps running then retry to connect to Sachesi.

I have killed all the BlackBerry services via task mgr but SACHESI just still says 'searching for USB device'

I have even moved USB slot on PC with no joy.

I'm facing the same problem. I'm trying Sachesi because I need to backup my data but I'm having problems via Link. It says that my Q10 is connected but Link cannot communicate with it.

Unfortunately, Sachesi just keeps searching for USB device.

I've trying uninstalling Link, rebooting, cleaning registry, whatever I can find on these forums but nothing works to get Link to communicate with my Q10. Would appreciate any other advice there is.

    Thank you.

Did you use the USB cable provided by BlackBerry ? Did you try on another computer ?
Now, choose a black USB 2 port, unplug all your other USB devices, disconnect from the Internet and deactivate your Antivirus/Firewall. Then, try again.

I'm on Linux and assume because BlackBerry doesn't think that Linux users exist, they don't port BB Lind to Linux; What am I supposed to do?

Use your SD card to save data (included your photo/video), synchronize your accounts with the respected service on the web, update your phone OTA, use KDEConnect, ... If you want Blend, create an Androidx86 VM, and install Blend from Google Play.
