I cannot access information stored on my memory card. I was able to yesterday and cannot. I have tried going into my files. Once in my files the option to get them from either my memory card or device is no longer there. I have tried both a hard and soft reset. What else can I try?

Settings , storage and access , at the bottom make sure USB mass storage is off.

I am still not having any luck. When I go into my files the media card option is still not appearing. Any suggestions would still be great!

Have not tried to use blackberry link. Was working without any problems. Will try that later when I get home.

I forget to try the simple things first...hard reset and then removing memory card. after doing those two things...everything is working and the media is readable.
