    Hi all, I don't have a q10 but I'm curious I have been trying to call my PlayBook via video calling from my z10 but it doesn't work. We have s thread about it in the z10 forums. I can call the z10 from the playbook using the video chat feature but I can call the playbook from the z10.

    Definitely gives the playbook another purpose if you can leave it at home and call family.

    Same here, I can only make calls from PB to Q10, but it never connects successfully

    i always call my playbook from z10 and q10. make sure you have your playbook with the blackberry-id-email and playbook-pin saved as a contact. then it should work

    maybe try to call your q10 first. then look up your "activity" with your playbook contact and see if you can call back from there. maybe it shows up when you made the first call?

    Huh! That worked!

    So I got the PlayBook to call and from the hub, I was able to call the PlayBook!!

    glad that worked!

    let me know if the "playbook call"-button showed up within the contact-info itself, after you added the playbook pin and made the first call. that whole process seems a bit dodgy to me.

    Once the PB PIN is entered as a contact I can see "Playbook Video Chat" as an option in the contact screen. I can even call but unfortunately, its not connecting after I dial. Message I get is - "person you called is not currently available"

    That's weird. Maybe you have your playbook and your phone saved as the same contact? It might get confused and 'thinks' you are currently in a call, as soon as you try to contact your playbook, because it's kinda like when you try to give yourself a phone call?
