Since the Update to 10.2.1 yersterday is anything wrong on my Q10, so i want to reload the OS with BB-Link.
But the download abort everytime at 98%.

Im on T-Mobile Germany.

Does anybody have the same problem?
Or what can i do?

Your question isn't really clear, but i suggest you give it some time to finish downloading. It might be network issues. Otherwise abort download and begin afresh. Goodluck

I tryed it may times. And every time the same thing. The download broke at 98%.

i have the same Problem since yesterday. My download stops also by 98%

You're not alone

The update works perfect via OTA. But i want a clean update.
In older BB OS versions "Neu Laden" it was working.

I sent that alreay to T-Mobile and to BlackBerry, but its still not working...
