I can find this battery bundle for under $10. I do own Q10, but I want to know if this battery bundle can be used as a powerbank to another micro USB device (i.e most android phones).

I just bought this for $8.99 recently. Yes, you can charge another device with it. Not very powerful though like the previous poster said. Would work in a pinch though.
