Need help upgrading my unlocked bb q10 to 10.3.1. I bought it through amazon. I�ve searched everywhere but there is no info about 10.3.1 on a sqn100-5.
I�ve tried updating it through Sachesi but when I put the variant SQN100-5, it only shows 10.2 updates. Maybe I am not searching the right carriers? Is there even a 10.3.1 update for sqn100-5?

You can actually load other carriers'/variants' 10.3.1; the Q10's OSes are sub model-ambivalent.
Some carriers to consider: Telus, Bell, Rogers. The first two sell the -1, the last sells both -3 and -1.
A heads-up if you are using the -5 on TMO US: you will lose WiFi calling if you upgrade to 10.3.1.
You know T-mobile US always delays.

Using the autoloader works for me

When I used the autoloader for 10.3 on my black sqn100-5, I lost blackberry assistant, gallery, music player, movie player and movie maker...I lost those core apps and I never made a backup of the phone when I first got it. Any help with this?
