Can I get some help syncing my BB Q10 with my MacBook Pro?

I changed from windows to mac with outlook for mac and would love to directly sync my BB Q10 via USB or local WIFI (or bluetooth). Blackberry link is not working well (and did not really work well with my windows laptop either). Any suggestions how I could achieve this? Thanks, Ch

I've always had the same problem with my iMac: works great via cable, but it won't sync via Bluetooth!

Is there outlook connector plugin for mac? I use that one (win) as you can't sync wireless
