Strange things come up BOA webpage (B key) Weather (R key) etc. All others were erased with update? Can not find list screen with what is on there.
Did you have these previously set as custom keyboard shortcuts?
First go into Settings...Shortcuts and Speed dial...enable or disable accordingly.
If this is a random onset..reboot device. ...if no change reload OS.
It could be a hardware but try the simple things first
