    The camera on my Q10 used to be fine for me. But now I need to photograph business cards, receipts and documents and it won't focus on them. They are always blurry. Is this just part of an 8MP camera or am I doing something wrong?

    Have you cleaned the lens? Is the lens scratched?

    Well the Q10 def isn't that good at taking close ups. I would recommend taking the photo from further away so it's clear, than cropping the photo to make it closer.

    The camera is usually great. Somewhat slow to focus but very accurate. Not sure what to suggest.

    The possibility is that the camera module has gone bad. Had in on both my Z10. It's quite easy to replace yourself.

    Close ups with the Q10 can be frustrating at times. I make remote deposits with my phone and often the banking app rejects the picture. I've gotten the feel for what they expect and try to refocus. Sometimes it's the lens that needs to be cleaned sometimes I can only get a clear shot in outdoor lighting, but often it's frustrating. Hey, it's not a Galaxy! The camera is not its selling point. Wish that it was

    You know that you can change the focus location as you wish, right ?

    The auto-focus is pretty quick, but the lens has to be cleaned if needed and you must have enough light... Basic photography

    As the two pictures show you, I set the focus on the flower on the front and then on the plants at the back. To set the focus, just touch the screen and drag the small square where you want the picture focused to lock it.
