    When it happened to me it restarted but finished in no time.

    i have blackberry link. on my pc......but while security wipe is going on,,,,if i have conected mobile to my pc...its not detecting.......plz if u knw procedure plzz help me broo plzz

    Let it complete... sometimes it takes a lot of time.. or just use "Autoloader" to reinstall os.. (next time before doing a security wipe:
    1: Turn BlackBerry Protect off
    2: Disable encryption
    3: and Remove memory card

    Connect your device through USB cable and Just execute the Autoloader file.. ( make sure BlackBerry Link is closed while doing this)

    OK..
    1. Reboot your PC first.
    2. Don't connect the USB cable and run Autoloader.
    3. When "connecting to boot rom" popped up, reboot your BlackBerry and connect the USB cable (when BlackBerry logo appears on ur device)..
    4. After few seconds or so installation process will start.
