I got my email Wednesday. I faxed the paperwork Thursday morning and got no response. I refaxed the paperwork again yesterday just to be sure and still no response. The faxes definitely went through....you would think they'd notify me.

I doubt whether winning a Q10 or buying one makes any difference in VVM working or not, more likely which version, ie SQN100-5, carrier and OS will have more to do with it. If you believe it is only the contest winners that this affects then you might try asking this question in those other 3 or 4 threads where most of the CB members like yourself who won are posting. You might get more responses in this forum if you asked if VVM was working on T-Mobile or other GSM carrier using a certain version OS with the SQN100-5 or whatever model you have for example instead of restricting your question to contest winners only. Just a thought. Hope you solve it, mine works fine by the way, but I have a CDMA phone with latest OS on VZW.

Probably because they have a CDMA carrier like VZW and they were sent a GSM network only phone like many winners. Some sent them back for exchange and some just sold them.
