I have the new q10, and im having a heck of a time to find out how to find the application for call details for when I have eghter received or made calls. I could do this with my BB 9900, IT SHOULD BE ON THE Q10!

Hold down the number. As the tab slides out from the right, hit the (i).

As stated above. Hold down until the bar pops up on the right.

Ah! Got it finally, must be in the "phone" instead of the hub.
Now that the info is there, how does (can) one forward the call info with notes, etc. to email like OS7 did?

The classic notepad is no more with BB10. Open the application called "Remember", that is you new note taking app.

Found the call notes there, thanks. Can you not forward call details like before though? Was very handy for billing; just forwarded to the bookkeeper.
