So I left blackberrry for awhile, but just couldn't seem to stay away forever. Hopefully someone knows the answer to this. I am putting my calendar into my q10 and with working two jobs plus various other things (scheduling dates, appointments, bills, etc) i find that I want to have each item its own color (i.e. different job, different color) and yet i dont have that many email accounts. Is there a way to be able to add colors for various activities, or are colors only available with an email account?

Also is there a way to add my company email to by q10? both are hospitals, and they each use outlook.

You can only color the accounts themselves. As for your hospital calendars just input the calendar servers by adding only a calendar to the phone if you don't want the email.

No, there isn't a way to color code specific activities - it's only available for calendars. I have different calendars for different types of activities and color code that way. For instance:

Personal calendar
Business calendar
Employee calendar 1
Employee calendar 2
Start-up venture calendar

Etc.

As for email accounts just set it up via settings/accounts - should work like any other set-up.
