    Hi guys,

My new Q10 displays the time and everything except the detail of what the entry is.

    e.g.

    Next event
    In 27 mins
    9:30 AM (30 Min)

And that's it.... no details of what the event is.

    That can't be right?

Mine does that when the screen locks with a password, if I just lock it without the password it shows the event name

Damn. You're right. Just tried it by locking with the top button and it's showing up. Once the password timer kicks in though (2 mins in my case) there's no entry. That's not very good.

I like it, more secure and private that way, used to have an iphone and every text would show up on the lock screen so anyone could read it, a horrible idea imho

Within iOS you could decide if anything showed up at all though. You had the option to turn it off. Are Blackberry saying this is a security feature??

I believe it is intentional. Anyone who can't get past my password protection has no business knowing what my next appointment is.

I agree I would like the option to choose but honestly I'm fine with the way it works now

My Q10 used to show the next event on the screen, kind of liked it, it has disappeared and never returned, any way to have it return?

Although the option would be nice, this is most certainly a security feature.

I work in a defence organisation so security is a major concern for us. Anything as simple as a calendar entry could compromise a user when they are travelling.

Hi! Did you ever fix this? I am also having this problem with entries not always appearing on my lock screen.
