    The standard media player shortcuts don't seem to work:

    Holding volume button up or down to move to the next song,

    N or P for next or previous song.

    What gives? Do I have to touch the screen?

    On the Z10 you have to allow them to work in the settings under audio settings. 100% positive it's the same on the Q10.
