Sad that it's taken so long but it was still satisfying to meet another Q10 user here in Denver! She had just picked one up off contract because her iphone and just taken a tumble and grenaded. She admitted the gestures were taking some time to get used to but that the overall UI experience was much more satisfying than the stale (her words) UI of iOS. This was first time ever seeing another BB10 device in use besides my own

I'm always curious why someone would go from an iPhone to a Q10 (in a good way of course). They're just so different and I'd be interested to find out people's reasons for making such a big change.

I'm newly back to BlackBerry (rocking a Q10) I was a BlackBerry loyalist for a very long time but switched to iphone (for 2 years) then to an S4. I recently took a new job and was being issued a company phone for email etc...I was given a website to log into where the "preferred" phone of the company was a 9930 with Sprints unlimited plan. After browsing the page the a 9900 was also available from Verizon. The rest were iphone 4s's, 5's and 5s's. I was excited about switching things up and going with a BlackBerry as my last BlackBerry was a 9930 with sprint also. So I chose the verizon option and anxiously waited. 2 days later my new Director pulled me into his office to let me know that my BlackBerry was being denied. He then went on to playfully rib me about the state of BlackBerry and how no one in the department will be carrying obsolete hardware (funny as it is the "preferred" device of the company). So I was issued a brand new iPhone 5s. I then saw an opportunity. As I was rocking the latest apple device I siezed the opportunity and took a risk (my risk being that I'm an app guy, but since I can load them to the iPhone this minimized the risk) sold my s4 and purchased a new q10. Can't believe just how much I missed the physical keyboard. To date all my iphone calls are forwarded to my BlackBerry and I've loaded my company email on it as well. My brand new 5s currently sits in my desk drawer.

To note I have yet to run into another BlackBerry user in my company. "Preffered" device my a$$.

I was at an event the other night, at our table was me with my Q10, one other Q10, a Z10, two Bolds and 3 IPhones. After chatting with everyone, All I can say the people who had Blackberrys, like myself, we're all business people, the iPhone users were, not business people, just stating what I saw!

Always good to see a fellow Q10 user in the wild. Anytime I have a meeting with someone for work, I always check to see if they have a BB10 device. If they do I always make it a priority to compliment their choice.

Can't wait till I experience this moment of being around people who enjoy a BlackBerry 10 as much as I do. I get cracked on a lot at work for being "the only person keeping BlackBerry alive" but I just show them something my phone does better.

No where here in Malawi! You should see the curious looks when whip my Q10 out.My boss did a double take.He uses a Samsung. Asked some questions and was kinda jealous.

Nice! I have seen a couple here in Ontario, but have yet to see a Z30 aside from mine. Lots of Z10s and Q10s though

I've never seen another BlackBerry 10 device where I live (suburb near Chicago, Illinois) until I went to a party where a lot of business people attended. I saw 2 Q10s there and several legacy devices. However when I was in New York for 4 days on a school trip, I saw 2 Q10s in the wild.

Not a lot considering the iPhones and Android devices I see every day...
