Found this on eBay and thought I'd share. The Q10 is only $199 which is a great deal. If the Q10 had the Z10's screen, I'd buy one immediately.

It's been sold out for a while, but yeah--the Q10 and Z10 were priced the same when this November sale started. They had only the white Z10s for sale at that point.

    Terrible feedback rating.
97.9% of positive rating with 30 thousand feedback comments is not terrible feedback rating in my book.

Anything below 99% should raise warning signs.

Absolute numbers tell more of a story. Don't just look at the percentage.

    Does not compute...

1 million sales, 100 bad reviews. vs 1000 sales, 100 bad reviews. Percentage matters more than absolute numbers. But I don't disagree with your second statement.

I know you're trying to make a point but it's no where near a million. So a bit of exaggeration there. The seller has over 47K reviews and combined >1100 neutral and negative ones (85 in the current month alone). I also read these to get some sense of what the nature of the problems are. The majority I assume are satisfied but there's enough there to cause concern.

The problem with seller review-allowing places like eBay and Amazon is that sellers can buy off the negative reviews, assuming the buyer/reviewer is willing. Not saying that this particular seller does that, but it definitely happens on eBay. Some sellers prefer losing sales rather than risk negative reviews.

As someone who's purchased before from a seller with a similar "profile" I'd say just avoid it unless you're a no frills type of person and don't care.

Generally anything lower than 99% feedback is a cause for concern however, you must check to see when the negative feedback was left and also the nature of the complaints.

For me, if you have more than 30 negatives in the past month that's a big red flag.

The comments indicating garbage items like things being advertised as "new" when in fact they're refurbished, DOA, repackaged, etc are big indicators.

    I'd pass on this seller.
